1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the student or parent/guardian) and Target Zone ("Institute", "we", "us", or "our").

By completing admission registration, accessing our website (https://cbsetargetzone.com), downloading or using the Target Zone Student Portal / Mobile App, or using any associated online or offline services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the digital services.

2. Educational Programs & Student Portal Access

Target Zone provides academic coaching, guidance, competitive exam preparation (e.g. CBSE Boards, JEE, NEET, Foundation), and a synchronized digital portal accessible via web browser and Android mobile app.

• The digital portal allows registered students and parents to view attendance logs, exam score cards, batch schedules, syllabus circulars, and downloadable academic notes.
• Digital access is provided as a supplementary academic service to enrolled students in good financial and disciplinary standing.
• The institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, faculty assignments, classroom arrangements, or course curriculums in accordance with academic requirements.

3. Student Account Security & Credentials

Each enrolled student is issued unique authentication credentials (username / registration ID and password):

• Confidentiality: Students must keep their login details confidential and must not share credentials with non-enrolled individuals.
• Single User License: Digital accounts are licensed for the sole personal educational use of the registered student and their parent/guardian.
• Reporting Compromise: If a student suspects their credentials have been compromised, they must notify the institute immediately to reset their credentials.

4. Enrollment, Fees & Payment Terms

Admission to any coaching program at Target Zone is subject to the following financial terms:

• Course Fees: Fees for enrolled courses must be paid in accordance with the installment schedule established during admission.
• Due Dates: Failure to settle fee installments by the specified due date may result in suspension of classroom attendance or temporary deactivation of the student portal account.
• Fee Receipts: Official fee receipts are issued by the institute office. Discrepancies should be brought to our administrative staff's notice within 7 days of payment.
• Refund Policy: Admission registration fees and study material charges are non-refundable once classes commence. Any refund requests must follow official institutional guidelines established at admission.

5. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All instructional content, study modules, practice test question banks, answer keys, video sessions, logos, graphics, and written materials provided on the website, Android application, or physically in classrooms are the exclusive intellectual property of Target Zone.

6. Attendance, Examinations & Student Discipline

Success in competitive and board examinations requires steady discipline and dedication:

• Regular Attendance: Students are expected to maintain at least 85% attendance in scheduled classes and laboratory sessions.
• Periodic Tests: Taking scheduled weekly/monthly tests and All India Test Series (AITS) exams is compulsory. Absenteeism from assessments without written leave notice from parents is viewed strictly.
• Classroom & Digital Conduct: Disruptive behavior, harassment of teachers or peers, foul language, or misconduct on institute premises or digital communication channels will lead to disciplinary proceedings.

7. Android Mobile Application & Push Notifications

The Target Zone Student Portal / Mobile App is provided to facilitate convenient access to student records:

• The mobile application utilizes system push notifications to deliver urgent announcements, test schedules, attendance notices, and fee alerts.
• Users may customize notification preferences in Android settings; however, disabling notifications may cause users to miss critical institutional updates.
• The application must only be installed from official Google Play distribution channels or the official institute website.

8. Accuracy of Displayed Dashboard Records & Corrections

Information displayed on the student dashboard reflects data entered and updated by institute personnel. While we strive for absolute accuracy, human data entry oversights or temporary network sync delays may occasionally occur.

In the event of an error or discrepancy regarding attendance records or test scores, students or parents should contact the administration office with their registration ID. Official physical attendance registers and evaluation sheets signed by faculty shall take precedence over digital previews.

9. Suspension & Account Termination

Target Zone reserves the right to suspend or terminate student portal access and/or classroom enrollment in the following situations:

• Material breach of these Terms or institute disciplinary regulations.
• Unauthorized distribution or commercial resale of proprietary study materials.
• Prolonged unexcused absenteeism or default on fee commitments.
• Attempts to compromise the security, infrastructure, or servers of the website or Android application.

10. Technical Limitations & Disclaimers

While Target Zone strives to provide continuous, high-quality digital services, the website and mobile app are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for service interruptions stemming from third-party server hosting maintenance, telecommunications failures, local power cuts, or compatibility issues with individual mobile devices or operating systems.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Target Zone, its directors, faculty, and administrative staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the digital portal or mobile app.

Competitive exam results, selection in entrance exams, and academic scores depend upon individual student effort, commitment, and examination board evaluations. The institute provides coaching, mentorship, and guidance but does not guarantee specific exam ranks or admissions.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising in connection with the institute, coaching services, website, or mobile application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bettiah, West Champaran, Bihar, India.

13. Amendments to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to accommodate new programs, regulatory standards, or technical upgrades. The updated terms will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the portal or app following such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
